At Le Chateau, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
